When the Defendant Officers accused Plaintiff of doing graffiti, plaintiff offered to show Defendant Officers his identification with Chuck Agency. Officers refused and arrested him. They failed to attend to his medical needs. Mr. Gordon was charged with criminal mischief and an administrative code violation due to the Defendant Officers false statements. But the charges were later dismissed by a State court. Similar incidents occurred again on November 5, 2014 March 19 2015 and April 24, 2015 each with different officers. Description: On February 3, 2015, plaintiff was awaken by defendant police officers who advised plaintiff that there was a warrant for his arrest. At the time, he was residing at a homeless shelter in Brooklyn. Plaintiff was told to get out of bed, but plaintiff informed the officers he had a migraine, and would like to take medication before leaving. After taking an excedrin, the police officers kicked and kneed the plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct, but then removed from the precinct to go to the hospital and have his injuries treated which he received at the hands of defendants. Plaintiff was assaulted without just cause and suffered numerous injuries as a result.
