Description: On April 22, 2013 Plaintiff in a building as an invited guest of a resident when he was detained and questioned by unnamed officers. Plaintiff was given a baseless Desk Appearance Ticket and maliciously prosecuted on it. Plaintiff suffered loss of liberty, reputational damage, psychological injury, embarrassment, and humiliation as a result of this incident.
