Description: Upon information and belief, on three prior occasions prior to February 15, 2012, the infant plaintiff, Omar Yasin ("Plaintiff" or "Yasin") was the victim of and was injured by the bulling of other students at JHS 014, which was known to the school's principal, Defendant Anne Tully, Assistant Principal, Defendant "Jane" Lagasa and Dean, defendant, "Jane" Bryant. On February 15, 2012, in the schoolyard of JHS, the Plaintiff was assaulted and struck by another student. Thereafter, while in the cafeteria of JHS 014, the Plaintiff was caused to be removed, seized and confined by the defendants, Tully, Lagasa and Bryant ("School Defendants").
