Description: On the 25th day of October 2024, at a private residence in Staten Island, plaintiff James Gaynor, whilst Plaintiff Deborah Gaynor stood nearby, was carelessly, negligently, wantonly, intentionally, maliciously, relentlessly, illegally, falsely, improperly and wrongfully arrested, restrained, detained, imprisoned, handcuffed, taken into custody, handcuffed within for a prolonged period of time, by Defendants heavily armed members of the NYPD, including but not limited to Defendants Esteves, Hepworth, Connors, and Black.
