Description: Plaintiff was sitting on her stairs talking on the phone when defendant officers pulled up, asked her for ID, and alleged that she was drinking alcohol in public. Defendant Officers then forcibly grabbed her, handcuffed her, took her to the 77th Precinct, and then released her with a summons for disorderly conduct, which was dismissed before her first court appearance.
