Description: On September 20, 2021, while lawfully at 937 East 95th Street in Brooklyn, NY, the plaintiff was verbally abused, illegally handcuffed, falsely arrested, and unlawfully detained by the defendants without any legal justification. After the arrest, the plaintiff was taken to the 69th Precinct, where he underwent scans, searches, and verbal torment until his release. As a result, the plaintiff suffered damages.
