Complaint
Description: The plaintiff was called down to the 25th Precinct because her son, who was a minor at the time, was under arrest. When she arrived, the defendant officer was aggressive towards her and prevented her from speaking with her son privately. The defendant officer tackled her to the ground, handcuffed her, and made up a story that the plaintiff had attacked him. The plaintiff was charged with fighting, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. The charges were later dismissed.
