Description: Plaintiff was at her friend's residence when Defendant Officers entered the home without permission saying that they were looking for someone. Officers searched the apartment and found a quantity of marijuana, which Plaintiff's friend claimed as his. Nevertheless, Plaintiff was interrogated, arrested as retaliation for not giving up information, and brought to the 50th Precinct, where she was charged with multiple crimes (unspecified) that were later dismissed.
