Description: On January 8, 2021, Plaintiff was at his house in Queens when he was approached and assaulted by Defendant officers Stephen Sheehan, Liam Dale, Ryan McMahon, Steven Parsell, Jennifer Cardello, and others when they responded to his residence. Officer Stephen Sheehan shot Plaintiff multiple times. Officer Liam Dale tased Plaintiff. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to the hospital. After he was released, it was discovered that defendants had made false statements against Plaintiff.
