Description: On March 18, 2017, around 11:30 PM, Several police officers including PO Kerlyn Rodriguez, and Sergeant Keith Hockaday, were on duty and in the vicinity of Canal Street West and East 138th Street, County of Bronx where Plaintiff was lawfully present and doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in any way. For no reason, and based on fraud, perjury and misrepresentations, and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, searched, seized and detained in an aggressive and excessive manner.
