Description: On March 14, 2021, at approximately 12:30 AM in the vicinity of Beach Avenue and Gleason Avenue, Plaintiff was walking home from a friend's home when he stopped to speak with some other friends who were out on the street. While Plaintiff was speaking with his friends, defendants Police Officers VELZEZ, BROWN and DOES approached one of Plaintiff's friends and arrested him. The Plaintiff attempted to video the actions of PO VELEZ, BROWN and DOES when he was tasered to his chest by the Defendants. The Defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity.
