Description: On June 2, 2020, at Broadway and 5th St. in Manhattan, Plaintiffs were stopped for no reason by Defendant Officers, including Officer Mogrovejo. Despite having no lawful reason to stop nor arrest Plaintiffs, Defendant Officers handcuffed and arrested Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were released after hours in custody without seeing a judge and without any charges having been filed against them.
