Description: On or about September 14, 2012, at approximately 8pm, Defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff. Defendants did not have legal cause to do so, nor did Plaintiff consent nor was it privileged by law. Plaintiff was placed in imminent fear of physical contact. Plaintiff was arrested, restrained, then taken into custody to a police station and charged with crimes.
