Description: On April 6, 2016, plaintiff was at home when two strangers entered her apartment and knocked on her bedroom door demanding that she come out. Plaintiff complied and the men identified as police officers and informed plaintiff that they were searching a "Salvador." They refused to show any warrant and accused plaintiff of hiding "Salvador" even though she did not know who he was. The officers searched the apartment, going through drawers, closets and personal belongings, lifting mattresses, and rummaging through medicine cabinets.
