Description: On or about November 9, 2022, defendant PO James Miller illegally arrested the plaintiff without probable cause or a warrant and committed multiple assaults and batteries on his person and handcuffed him. The plaintiff was charged with false crimes and transported to a Precinct where he was illegally searched, questioned, photographed, fingerprinted and strip-searched twice with a visual cavity inspection.
