Description: On November 20, 2013, at approximately 10:45-11:00am, Plaintiff Jesse Dailey was falsely arrested while in front of 302 13th Street in Brooklyn, NY by Defendant NYPD officers CHRISTINE RODESCHIN and REINER FEHRENBACH who falsely claimed that Plaintiff had assaulted Rodeschin. The complaint alleges that it was Rodeschin who initiated the contact by accosting and harassing the Plaintiff for his alleged involvement in the sexual abuse of a child on September 20, 2013 at 11 Water Street in Brooklyn, and on November 11, 2013 in front of 297 4th Street in Brooklyn.
