Complaint
Description: On or about September 28, 2020, plaintiff was inside a precinct, where she was approached by defendants, grabbed, assaulted and battered. Defendants, then violently grabbed and contorted plaintiff’s arms behind her back and applied metal handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion. Defendants then detained plaintiff in various cells, where she was fingerprinted, photographed and searched. Defendants fabricated evidence and forwarded false claims to prosecutors so that plaintiff would be criminally prosecuted. All criminal charges were later dismissed.
