Description: On May 12, 2013, Plaintiff was walking out from Club Lavo, E. 58th St and Madison Ave, NY, NY when Badwan approached and offered him a white powdery substance, that Plaintiff refused. Defendant Coyne approached, handcuffed and arrested them. Plaintiff was transported to the Midtown North Precinct. Plaintiff was held for several hours where he was denied access to water and bathrooms. After several hours. Plaintiff was removed to New York Booking, and held in a cell with no access to water or a working bathroom. On May 13, Plaintiff was arraigned, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and released on his own recognizance.
