Description: On October 5, 2021, at or about 9:15 P.M., inside the Target Department Store located at 445 Albee Square West in Kings County, Defendant NYPD Police Officers stopped and restrained Plaintiff Mark Daniels, who was lawfully shopping. Defendant Police Officers harassed, intimidated, terrorized, and viciously assaulted Plaintiff. Defendant Police Officers closed fist punched Plaintiff, held him down, and repeatedly kicked and stomped on the Plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to 84th Precinct and all criminal charges were dismissed. Plaintiff brings claims of: false arrest, wrongful imprisonment, negligence, assault and battery, negligent hiring and retention, and violation of civil right 42 USCA 1983.

Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to the 84th Precinct, and the criminal charges brought against the Plaintiff were dismissed. Plaintiff brings claims of: false arrest, wrongful imprisonment, negligence, assault and battery, negligent hiring and retention, and violation of civil right 42 USCA 1983.
