Description: On October 22, 2017, at approximately 2:00pm, Plaintiff ALEXCY DE LOS ANGELES, was working as a luxury car driver and had just dropped off a client at 3908 Bronx Boulevard, Bronx, NY. As Plaintiff attempted to pull back into traffic, he was stopped by an NYPD vehicle and then approached by two Defendant NYPD officers who asked Plaintiff to exit the vehicle and then who searched the vehicle with Plaintiff's consent. No contraband was found but Plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 34th and then 43rd Precinct nonetheless. At the 43rd Precinct, Plaintiff was handcuffed to a pipe and informed that his DNA had been found at the murder scene of a man that Plaintiff knew through a mutual friend. The Defendant office...
