Description: On or about September 21, 2019, at approximately 5:00 P.M., in the vicinity of 116th Street and Third Av. in New York County, Plaintiff Sean Ali was riding his motorcycle when he swerved to avoid a pedestrian crossing against the light and fell to the ground. Police Officer Kristine Gray, along with other unnamed New York City Police Officers (referred to as John Doe), observed the incident. Despite having no reasonable believe that Ali was under the influence of alcohol, Officer Gray and the others handcuffed and arrested him.
