Description: On or about January 6, 2014, at around 11:30 p.m., after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend was overheard by a neighbor, Plaintiff was unlawfully and without probable cause arrested by NYPD Officer William Quinn and four unidentified NYPD officers in his apartment at 549 Gates Avenue in Brooklyn. During the arrest, Plaintiff was physically assaulted by the NYPD officers, which led to a nasal fracture and permanent related physical complications. Plaintiff did nothing to prevent his unjustifiable arrest and physical injuries. Plaintiff was confined for about 2 weeks, or until January 22, 2014, after he plead guilty to CPL 240.20.
