Description: On April 15, 2020, NYPD Officer Ronnie Garcia, as well as two unnamed NYPD Officers, approached plaintiff and unlawfully stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted , handcuffed and detained him in an aggressive and excessing manner. Such NYPD Officers beat the plaintiff in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs, causing great and permanent bodily injury in the same. Plaintiff was strip searched while in custody of such NYPD Officers, was incarcerated for over 24 hours before his arraignment, and was falsely maliciously prosecuted by such NYPD Officers. The criminal action against plaintiff was later dismissed favorably.
