Description: On November 10, 2014, Police Officer Mary Cunningham, Adam Malki unlawfully seized, searched, and questioned the plaintiff without any legal justification or excuse. The plaintiff was then assaulted by PO Cunningham, Malki, Lydell Harrigan, and Jermack Romeo without any legal justification. The plaintiff was formally arrested, was placed in handcuffs and transported to the station house. The plaintiff was then prosecuted, but all charges against him were dismissed after several years.
