Description: On August 3, 2015, the Plaintiff, while walking on the street, was arrested for driving without a license and aggravated unlicensed operation in 2nd and 3rd degree. The plaintiff did not own a car and neither has a license. After 73 hours in custody, the plaintiff was released. After attending court on ten occasions, all charges against the plaintiff were dismissed.
