Description: On July 5, 2021, plaintiff was was in front of the premises known as 1155 Morrison Avenue, County of Bronx and the premises known as 1171 Morrison Avenue, County of Bronx. Plaintiff was subject to assault, battery, malicious prosecution, false arrest, false imprisonment, unwarranted unnecessary force and use of excessive force. There was wrongful touching, grabbing, handcuffing and seizing of the Plaintiff by defendant officers Andre Brown, Anthony Fiol and others (together the "defendants") without any reasonable cause.
