Description: On October 27, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Tarik Registe was lawfully
driving his motor vehicle in the vicinity of 420 Blake Avenue, Brooklyn, New York when the defendant police officers, including Officers Jessica Brito and Joseph Mcevoy, and Oscar Nunez, unlawfully stopped the vehicle and unlawfully handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Registe had not violated any traffic laws. They ordered him to get out of his vehicle and searched it without his permission, finding no illegal contraband.
