Description: On December 30 2022 the Plaintiff was lawfully in the area when approached by NYPD Officers Bernardo Tejada, Ivan Cruz, John Doe, and John Roe. The Officers unlawfully stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, and detained the Plaintiff in an aggressive manner. After the arrest he was arraigned and maliciously prosecuted. The Plaintiff was falsely incarcerated for 24 hours and forced to make multiple court appearances until all charges were dismissed.
