Description: On June 3, 2021, NYPD PO Thomas Doyle and PO Matthew Lisa and certain unidentified NYPD police officers arrested the plaintiffs, Dwight Grimes and Angelyn Cruz, who were in Dwight Grimes' vehicle at the intersection of Avenue D and East Houston Street in the City of New York. The police officers asserted that Dwight Grimes was intoxicated and the plaintiff was subject to sobriety and breathalyzer tests. The plaintiffs were then assaulted and battered. Dwight Grimes was grabbed and had their arms twisted and were forced into handcuffs and transported first to the 25th Precinct, Angelyn Cruz was seized, jerked out of the car by herarm. shoved against the hood of the police vehicle, illegally touched on her vagina...
