Description: On February 25, 2012 in the vicinity of Roosevelt Avenue and 77th Street, Jackson Heights, Queens, NY, plaintiff left her home and went to the store. As plaintiff returned from the store, she saw Manfredo standing on the corner of 77th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, talking to an unidentified male. As plaintiff passed by, the unidentified male asked plaintiff for directions, and plaintiff stopped to answer his question. As plaintiff was giving directions, Manfredo stated “KEEP MOVING, FAGGOT. GET AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT PROBLEMS.” Plaintiff did not pay attention to Manfredo, and continued to provide directions. Manfredo continued to interrupt and insult plaintiff.
