Description: On May 26, 2023, at approximately 3:00 PM Plaintiff was engaged in protected free speech when POs Cesar Martinez and John or Jane Doe 1-10 approached, accused Plaintiff of criminal acts, then violently grabbed Plaintiff's head and body without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. POs targeted Plaintiff because of their bias against African American or black females, which Plaintiff is and which matches patterns of illegal conduct engaged in by the NYPD. POs then conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into her clothes and intimate areas before contorting her arms into painfully-tight handcuffs that left Plaintiff bruised and swollen.
