Description: On March 27, 2023, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle at 167-02 Baisley Blvd, Queens, NY, to a mechanic to fix his vehicle when he was stopped by Defendants. Defendants approached and accused Plaintiff of criminal acts before seizing his person with their outstretched hands and grabbing Plaintiff’s head and body. Defendants pushed Plaintiff against a gate and assaulted and battered him. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by aggressively shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas.
