Description: On December 16, 2016, Plaintiffs (mother and daughter) were inside their home. The Plaintiff mother is disabled. The NYPD's prior investigation revealed that an alleged weapon belonged to a man residing at Plaintiffs' home. Officer Anthony Aquilino, Officer Dominic Algoni, Sgt. Dennis Maxim, Sgt. Maldonado and other unidentified officers searched Plaintiffs' home and allegedly found a weapon in a male's bedroom. The officers claim that Plaintiff consented to the search, but Plaintiff was incapacitated at the time and was not able to consent.
