Description: On October 19, 2017, plaintiff was unlawfully stopped and searched by defendant police officers who also detained him in an aggressive way amounting to battery. Plaintiff was wrongfully detained, strip-searched and a criminal action was commenced against him. All actions were ultimately dismissed.
