Description: On June 16, 2023, plaintiff was lawfully outside the NYCHA building at 152 Courtlandt Ave. Defendant-officer Damion Pelotte approached, and unlawfully seized, searched and falsely arrested Plaintiff. Defendant-Pelotte created false police paperwork alleging plaintiff had an open container and was engaged in disorderly conduct.
