Description: On February 27, 2013, the plantiff Jimmy Ribot was wrongfully arrested by the defendants Raymond Alicea and James Gillespieand for alleged robbery, and placed in jail. Both video proof and eyewitness could not established the plantiff's guilt, yet the defendants threated the plantiff to confess and brought charges while stating they knew they were wrong to do so. On October 15, 2013, the plantiff appeared at scheduled court date but was told the charges had been dismissed three weeks ago before that date.
