Description: On September 13, 2023, around 1:15 A.M., on the sidewalk of 181st Street near the Grand Concourse, plaintiff Malik Dixon was assaulted by Police Officers who punched and kicked him. Plaintiff was handcuffed and had his head slammed into the cement. Plaintiff was imprisoned until September 17, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. Defendants falsely accused Plaintiff of committing crimes without justification. Upon release Plaintiff was informed that he was free to go and all subsequent criminal charges were dismissed.
