Description: On July 14, 2013, Plaintiffs Padin and Olmo were walking on the sidewalk. Defendant officers seized Plaintiff Padin, placed him in a chokehold, threw him to the ground and cuffed his arms tightly behind his back. Defendant officers roughly pushed Plaintiff Olmo against a wall and cuffed her arms tightly behind her back. Plaintiff Olmo suffered an asthma attack but was not treated. Plaintiff Padin suffered a seizure and was transported to the hospital for treatment, followed by transport to the 76th Precinct. Plaintiff Olmo was transported directly to the 76th Precinct.
