Description: On or about August 19, 2014, at approximately 5:20 am, Officer Jason Houlihan and Officer Demarco knocked on the door of Plaintiff's residence and placed Plaintiff in handcuffs, without probable cause or a warrant. Plaintiff was detained at the precinct and then taken to central booking. Officers Houlihan and Demarco psychologically and physically abused Plaintiff.
