Description: On November 30, 2011, an unidentified NYPD Officer grabbed Plaintiff and was joined by NYPD Officers David Shea and Adam Burko in forcing Plaintiff to the ground. One officer put his foot on Plaintiff's head, mashed it into the ground, and dropped onto Plaintiff's neck with his knee. An officer bent Plaintiff's left arm and broke Plaintiff's left thumb. The officers then handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was not charged in any way stemming from this incident.
