Description: On November 9, 2018 plaintiff was lawfully present, working as an employee, inside Laser Bounce, located at 80-28 Cooper Ave, Queens, NY. Some responsibilities of Plaintiffs employment were to make sure the Laser Tag vests and guns functioned properly. Plaintiff would help numerous children re-plug their laser tag vests so they would properly function. Multiple defendant officers were called to Laser Bounce about a report of forcible touching. Defendant officers, arrived and watched video surveillance of the alleged forcible touching. Despite no crime occurring, Defendants handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff.
