Description: On June 10, 2019, Mike’s Heavy Duty Towing, Inc. was hired by non-party Western Express to tow a Truck – the driver of the Truck, an employee of Western Express, was arrested by the NYPD for driving while intoxicated – he crashed the Truck into concrete barriers and caused damages to the rims and wheels of the Truck. Mr. Salvatore Mazzio and Mike’s Heavy Duty Towing, Inc., obtained consent of Western Express to remove the Truck.
