Description: On November 9, 2019, while lawfully present outside 345 8th Avenue in New York, NY, the plaintiff, Jesus Morel, was unlawfully assaulted and battered by the defendants, including Kevin Ouellette and John Does 1-3, in an excessive manner. Prior to the assault, the plaintiff was involved in a scuffle with a resident of the premises. As plaintiff Morel was leaving the scene, the defendants viciously attacked him, violently slamming him against a wall and using ASPs, fists, and kicks, with a focus on his head. As a result, plaintiff Morel was hospitalized at Bellevue Hospital from November 9, 2019, to December 12, 2019, suffering permanent and other physical injuries. Description: On March 6, 2019, police officers Kevin Ouellette and John/Jane Does 1-10 improperly arrested Esther Black near 250 7th Ave. of Manhattan without a justifiable cause. The officers accused Black of petit larceny without a justifiable cause or a warrant and improperly searched Black despite not being consented to nor having a justifiable cause to do so. Black was then subject to multiple assault and battery. Black was subsequently detained for 19 hours while being maliciously prosecuted by the officers for the furtherance of their own interest.
