Description: On or about March 24, 2016 Plaintiff was unlawfully searched, detained, and arrested by POs Damien Fogarty and John Does 1-3 for alleged assault and harassment charges. Excessive force was used during the arrest, causing Plaintiff to sustain injuries and losses. Plaintiff was wrongfully incarcerated for approximately 24 hours and was compelled to make numerous court appearances to defend against the false charges. Plaintiff suffered great pain, mental anguish, humiliation, fear, and pecuniary damages as a result of this incident.
