Description: On March 6, 2012, Plaintiff stood near his children outside. PO's including PO Riviera, without cause or provocation, surrounded the plaintiff and told him he was under arrest. They viciously assaulted Plaintiff, including hitting him on his face. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital and received stitches. He was then taken to NYC 23rd Police Precinct where, in a small cell, two POs held him while a third PO punch Plaintiff in the back and chest.
