Description: On or about January 7, 2022, at approximately 2:59 p.m., while lawfully present outside of 3132 West 116th Street, New York, NY, the Defendant NYPD Police Officer Jack Nazaire and several unnamed defendant police officers unlawfully arrested Plaintiff Alfred Akon without legal justification. At the above time, Plaintiff was at a funeral at the aforementioned location. Plaintiff stepped outside to move his vehicle that was lawfully parked in the aforementioned location, when Defendant officers approached the vehicle from behind.
