Description: On September 19, 2015, Officers Azeem Chatha, Fernando Caches, Damir Vukic, Argely Delacruz, Francisco Allende, Spencer Craven, Gregory Mannino, Mathew Brander, Edward Waszak, and Joseph Hayward entered the home of Mr. John Scoma. The officers demanded that Mr. Scoma and his wife come down with their hands in the air. The officers then tasered Mr. Scoma, threw him to the ground, handcuffed him, and needlessly struck about his body. He received medical attention at Lutheran Medical Center, then was transported to the 68th Police Precinct.
