Description: Plaintiff called 911 because his ex-girlfriend broke a window to his home. Defendant Officers arrived and arrested Plaintiff at his home, took him to the 105th Precinct, and charged him with Assault in the third degree and Harassment in the second degree. Defendant Officer touched Plaintiff in an offensive manner and deprived him of his medication. All charges were later dismissed.
