Description: On January 21, 2016, Plaintiff was taking a train from Chatham New Jersey to Penn. Station in New York, which arrived at 6:15 pm and then proceeded to a subway train. He entered the second car from the front and rode on the train to Time Square where he got out and proceeded towards the S train. Defendant Officer Danoy stopped and arrested Plaintiff and handcuffed him on the belief that he had sexually abused a fellow train passenger.
Defendant Officer Trotter reported that he witnessed Plaintiff following the alleged victim of sexual abuse, followed the victim into the subway car she chose, and then stood directly behind her and thrusted his hips back and forth into the buttocks of the victim. Upon arrival a...
