Description: On or about January 1, 2018, Plaintiff was in his home when police officers (Officer Ryan Hoey, Officer Rose, Officer Mecca) entered the home without a warrant and arrested the plaintiff without probable cause. At the (unspecified) precinct, Officer Ryan Hoey wrote an arrest report including false statements that the officers had seen plaintiff committing crimes. The defendants (officers above as well as Sergeant Bartels) knew Officer Hoey wrote false statements and would send them to the Queens DA. The charges were eventually dismissed.
